The contractor agreed on a price after I sent pictures of the tree, then he came to my property to see the tree and confirmed that all was fine, and returned the next day to cut the tree but shocked me by asking for more money for the job, claiming he didnt realize the day before that he would need more equipment for the job. Not happy at all. I value contractors that keep their words.
