What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process for working with a new customer is starting with scheduling a walk through of the property. The walk through of the property is to assess the condition of the property and also get specifics on what the customer wants done. A complete quote will be given to the client right after the walk through.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked as a cleaner for 12 years at Fingerlakes DDSO.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I set my price based on the size of the house, type of clean requested by the customer and how long it will take me to complete the work. Other factors would be add ons upon customers request.
How did you get started in this business?
I was cleaning as an employee for 12 years. I decided to start my own cleaning business because I actually enjoy cleaning.
