The Carpet Collection Colortile

Carpet Collection, founded in 1982 and based in Lockport, NY, is a full-service flooring showroom serving Erie and Niagara counties and nearby communities including East Amherst, Clarence, Clarence Center, and Williamsville. Family operated by Gary and Ben Case, the showroom spans more than 10,000 square feet—significantly larger than most floor-covering stores—and features carpet, hardwood, laminate, luxury vinyl (LVP/LVT), tile, area rugs, and custom area rugs. Brands include Shaw, Mohawk, Karastan, and CarpetsPlus COLORTILE.

The company provides professional installation backed by a Floor-Ever installation warranty, along with free estimates, in-home measurement, and financing options (subject to approval). Additional support includes a room visualizer tool, design consultation, and product quality and color assistance. Carpet cleaning and emergency services are also available. Carpet Collection serves residential and commercial projects with comprehensive product selection and experienced installation.
