Since 1990, New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and the surrounding areas have been trusting the team at Tri State One Rate Movers for long distance moving, household moving, and more. We have grown largely in response to unethical practices and runaway rates that seem to becoming more and more frequent in the relocation industry. We have continually underpriced our competitors while still providing a superior service.
Tri-State One Rate Movers did an amazing job for us! We moved our family of 5 from NYC to CT, including a storage unit in Brooklyn. Although their quote came in slightly above other companies their clear concise quote let us know how they came to the Flat Rate Quoted. At the end of the day they were worth every penny! The team of movers we were given were outstanding...efficient, careful, kind, respectful...and by the end of the day as we looked in each room all the furniture was where it should be and the boxes for each room was stack neatly with all the content writing facing outward. The little things that inevitably made a big difference. I cannot recall the team leader's name, but he was awesome. Avi (Mgmt) recommended and assured us that we would not be disappointed and he was correct! Definitely use these guys...they might seem higher at first, but you will not see any extra costs or damages so well worth it!
Directing customers to our on line quote form. We are the only moving company that has this particular quote form. It's equivalent to having someone from our company preform a walk through at customer's residence. What our customers receive is a clear and concise estimate along with their Flat Rate Quote. Any and all questions that the customer may have are outlined and answer in the return Flat Rate Quote. Unlike our competitors we avoid the standard binding estimates that are very vague in describing services that purposely mislead the customer to the pitfalls and extras that the customer may incur. Moreover, being a small family owned company means the customer will get the level of service they will not receive from the (busy as usual) larger companies.
