What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depends on the kind of project. But we usually go to client site take meausrement for as built condition, then we sit with client for the proposed project.
Finally we have the project ready to be filled with a DOB representative.
Resolve any objections from the department of Building untill the job gets aprove.

We have a bachelor degree in architecture, Associate degere in Interior Design along with more than 8 years experience in the industry

How did you get started in this business?
Since I was a kid I had passion for architecture. I remembered
Playing with mud to build houses. So I carry to that passion with me and push me gradauted from architecture school in 2005 and persue that career

We worked with Developpers, Homeowners, Realtors
Describe a recent project you are fond of.
Most recent project was a single family house in Queens Ny,
Where the client bought this propertiy and wanted to renovate it.
Our role in that project was to create and architectural plan that fit the client needs and budget.
At the end we both were happy and we filed the job.
Couple days ago the job came from the DOB with only 8 minor objections.
for sure after the next appointment the client will be ready to start the construction.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would the first thing is to have a clear image of what you are looking to achieve, what type of result you want.
Next is to know how much you can afford for that project that will help you size your dreams.
