1.Dispath receive the call, hear the problem and try to help on the phone and explain what can be the problem
2.set a time and day
3.tech arrive and evaluate the problem and explain the scope of work
4.tech fix the problem and explain all his work to the customer and put a sticker for any future problem
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
we are member of the IDA, we have yearly training for new products and procedures
we also in touch with most of the door dealers for new doors and we have a monthly training in our office
