Sparkle Aplenty is a professional full-service residential cleaning company that was launched with the intent of filling several voids in the cleaning industry. We pride ourselves on providing excellent customer service and support with unparalleled knowledge of cleaning coupled with utilization of the latest technology in our industry.
We have served the Westchester County area for over five years. We have cleaned over 4500 homes, one-at-a-time, and many of our clients have been with our company since the year we opened.
For many years, homeowners have struggled to meet the increasing demands of maintaining acceptable quality levels of cleaning in their homes. Although the cleaning industry has slowly changed to try and meet these needs,manufacturers and suppliers are usually not capable of providing the services and expertise needed to reach their goals.
To meet these needs, we provide comprehensive home surveys, unitizing of cleaning tasks, hands on process training, manager and employee certification, schedule writing, and long-term support for our customers. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introuce myself and interview my clients over the phone to find out about their specific needs. I continue by telling them about our cleaning business. I also survey the homes at client's request before given an estimate for the cleaning service. By meeting the client it would benefit us both to meet and discuss the specific needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our staff is thoroughly and professionally trained on different cleaning task and techniques to carry the job to the standard of cleanliness that client perfers. Training includes OSHA standards.

Our prices vary depending on the cleaning (general cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning), size of the home (by square footage) and the frequency of the cleaning (weekly, bi-weekly, every 3 weeks, monthly, one-time).
