What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss their home and what they are expecting for the cleaning. We discuss supplies and equipment. Availability and payment options. I like to follow up the day before to ensure that we are on the same page.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have lots of cleaning experience. I have cleaned many peoples homes and have cleaned some Air BnBs. I learned from housekeepers proper ways to clean certain materials and parts of the home.
