What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

we usually get the address and google earth the site then we ask for a few still shots via phone being in business since 1985 I can have a pretty good idea what they think they may want done... With kit gloves I make suggestions based on their budget and what needs to be done. If it is needs to do a walk on estimate I will go and meet up with them most times I like to send my trained guys with the right equipment to do the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I been an entrepreneunr since I was 9 years old. I stated cutting grass around 11 where i would rebuild lawn mowers that i found in the trash during highschool I built a real sized business where I had many classmates work for me. I maintained a property management company doing everything from gutter repais to board ups landmaintance hardscaping power washing and anything that we could keep 15 employees doing. I have plenty of expierence

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

With todays pricing its pretty easy if you put some work in you will get a standard price or a book rate based on the area of the country you are in... I try to fly in the middle I am not the cheapest guy nor the most expensive... I give fair value to keep employees as well as customers happy.

How did you get started in this business?

Really truthfully I started garbage picking with a childhood freind we would sell peoples crap of what they threw away as well as recyleing news papers and cans cutting lawns a true american story

What types of customers have you worked with?

from CEO's to political bids threwout to lower income people that just need something done we do what ever it takes with the good connections of the people

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

Go with you GUT if they feel right hire them keep an eye on them usually your GUT knows best... It should naturally flow the pro should be agreeable but not a push over should give you fair pricing and fair work with good commincation.
