What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is after we contacted we can set up a date to check your house for an estimate if you want or you can describe what you need specifically cleaned. We go through all the details and if my price is within your budget, then we set up a date for me to clean your house.

What types of customers have you worked with?
I am specialized in one-time cleaning. So mostly I have customers who are moving out or into a new house, or had tenant who is leaving; who had renovations, who had a party or just need a deep cleaning.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This was a rented house, after tenants I cleaned.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would say don’t hire someone because they have cheap prices, hire someone who will clean your house and won’t miss any important details.
I do not recommend getting the cleaning done on the same day you’re moving in/out or having work done on your apartment like renovation, plastering painting etc.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
I would say definitely ask for how long they have been doing that line of work and ask what they use to clean and how they clean and if they is any cleaner that you would specifically want them to use on a certain area in your home then feel free to let them know.
