I had a WONDERFUL experience with Anas. Had an unexpected (but not unwelcome) guest coming in for a long weekend and I wanted a deeeep clean of my condo. Lucky for me they were able to come thE same day, gave a very reasonable quote on the spot, then simply got after it.

A delightful, personable crew of two were simply fantastic. Attention to detail was phenomenal, and (this May sound weird) but it didnt smell like chemicals when I got back.

Im going to start a regular cadence with them starting next month.

Their estimate was $30 less than other places, so I immediately went with them. They took about 2 hours and 30 minutes and when I came back to the apartment, I was amazed! They did such a thorough job and got all of the problem areas easily.

If I need another move out clean, Anas Cleaning Services will be my go to!

My only thing was that they only accept Venmo, Cash or Check! No card payments.

Anas service is awesome. I had being doing some work around the house which implied i was sanding a wall which made my whole house dirty. There was dust EVERYWHERE. On top of that, I have a dog so lots of dog hair so in short the whole place was a mess. I wanted to get cleaners because I realized it would take me forever to get my place into a decent shape .. the truth is not even with all the time in the world I would have left the place as clean as she did. She literally dusted and vacuum everywhere (even those spots you never do), the kitchen was spotless (e.g. fridge was clean inside and outside), the bathroom was immaculate. Best money ever spent! I am definitely calling her again... I soooo could get used to this!!

I was moving out of my 2bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and needed a move out clean. The place wasnt terribly bad with the exception of my roommates bathroom. 2 people from Anas Cleaning Services came by the place to first give me an estimate and then conduct the cleaning.

I received a response to my inquiry pretty quickly. The process was explained thoroughly and they worked with my schedule. Adrianna arrived right on time. She was able to work with me and my specific needs. She was done in an hour and the work exceeded my expectations. Would do business again.

Incredible service. Communication was very prompt and clear, down to the estimate provided upon arrival. Two women worked very well together to clean our apartment while we were both working from home with our two children. They were extremely considerate and kind and were in and out in just a few hours. Our home was left pristine and it was easy to maintain. Im very grateful for their help and will definitely book them again.

needed a detailed cleaning after renovation work. It was easy to schedule. Unfortunately, there was a big disconnect on expectations vs. what Anas team can deliver in terms of cleaning up after a remodel with dust, grout haze, etc. They really only use soap and water, and they work very quickly. What I needed was a crew who could come in and wipe down every surface/cabinet so we could start clean. Instead, one cleaner showed up and hustled through it in 2 hours for ~$220. The cleaner was out the door before I had a chance to do a thorough walk thru. Upon pointing out a few missed areas, they did their best to hastily wipe it down and get out the door to the next job.

After expressing my disappointment, the owner reached out to clarify they are not insured to do the type of cleaning I actually needed and offered me a partial refund. They also offered to have someone come back to clean up all of the missed spots in the rest of the house that did not need special attention but definitely were not deep cleaned i.e. window sills, baseboards behind a door, etc. I declined since I had already spent the rest of the day cleaning it myself.

tl;dr: probably fine for a normal cleaning, though be around to check their work and clarify expectations early/often. Do not use for post-construction deep cleaning.
