What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1 ) First I analyze the problem to make sure exactly what the issue is, second I explain clearly to the customer the problem with their electrical and how am gonna solve it.
2) I run a few tests to make sure everything is working flawlessly
3) before I solve the problem I give the customer an estimate
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Am Cerified in the Electrical field
