About this pro

Exceptional work takes time and energy. It's a lot harder than just mowing yards, trimming trees, putting up walls, laying down stones, or hauling debris. There are companies that take being exceptional in every sense of the word very seriously. We are one of those companies.

I began with a passion for designing and creating. We love what we do. We enjoy meeting new clients and dealing with new challenges and bringing complete satisfaction to all our customers.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We enjoy meeting our customers face to face and LISTENING to them. What do they need done? What deadlines exist? We hope to convey to them that we are a trustworthy company and have their best interests in mind at all times. Our interaction with new customers is very easy and quite simple. We first obtain basic information, perform an estimate, and then work on the job while keeping the customer up to date in every step of the way. With us, there is no guess work. You know exactly what is going on around your home.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.

Although pricing is important, it is not the only factor to consider and you should never base your decision on just pricing alone. You want to choose a company who prides themselves in their quality of work and stands behind it. Communication and customer service are also very important. Do your research and read the reviews on a company. You can get a lot of information on a company and how they operate by hearing the experiences of past and current customers. Just remember, cheaper is NOT always better!

What types of customers have you worked with?

All types. Having worked for many years in Western New York – I have worked with an array of people. Everyone's needs are unique in there own way.
