What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start off by conducting a free walkthrough estimate with our customers. At that time we discuss their cleaning needs, setup a price, then schedule a cleaning date(s). Upon arrival for their cleaning we'll call in advance to let the customer know what time we shall arrive.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
20 yrs of prior military service is shown with the quality of work that is performed. Our motto is "No Dirt Left Behind"
