What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I give them my business card, a free monogrammed pen and letter opener as a gift. I make sure I write drown all their contact information. I will call them with my diagnosis and estimate. I always clean the PC or laptop first. I always backup all their user data before starting any repair work. I always offer to upgrade their current software. I will always suggest improvements or upgrades to improve performance or longevity of their computer. I accept cas, check, credit cards, or money orders for their convienience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Twenty years plus in various corporate traing schools for business equipment and computer equipment (NCR Corp 1964-1985 minus 3 years in US Army, 1965-1968).
Comp TIA A+ and Network+ Certifications (2005, 2006)
9 years with a manufacturer of mobile data equipment (1988-1997)
6 years with a software company in sales and support (1998-2004)
