Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new Client, we request a tour of the home or business that needs to be cleaned. We set an expectation tailored for the size of the home and the Client's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Having a West Indian background, we were raised to maintain a thoroughly cleaned home. We also have 4 years of providing cleaning services professionally.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
$35/Hr is our rate. We also offer discounts and incentives for Elderly and Disabled personnel.
How did you get started in this business?
We started pre-pandemic where we noticed an influx in entrepreneurship. Everyone is so busy working and doing their best that they sometimes need help with minor things around the house. Such as cleaning and laundry.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our Clients are extremely diverse. We service people of all religions, cultures, races and professions. We don't judge, we just come to help.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Cheaper is not better and you get what you pay for. If you like a thoroughly cleaned home don't be afraid to pay for it. It's very difficult finding a good Cleaner and once most people receive a good Cleaner they stick with that person.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
What do you need? I suggest each Client to make a list of the things they want done and inquire with a Professional about the amount of hours needed to complete the tasks.
