What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very easy process. I'll ask for basic information about your dog so I can book the appointment. Before the grooming begins, I will spend time meeting/starting a bond with your dog. Then we I'll do a full consultation about the haircut before it begins.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a Licensed New York State Vocational Instructor in pet grooming, as well as a certified petsylist with over 600 hours of training. Overall I have 13 years of experience working with dogs.
