Typical process is to engage the client and get all the information possible about their issue. Then diagnose and come up with different and affordable solutions.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Residential visits are usually priced at $75/hr. Will nerver exceed a 3hr max charge.
Most of the time a flat-rate charge will be applied depending the complexity of the job.
How did you get started in this business?
Started the business a few years ago. Noticed there was a niche market for Mac Support and took advantage. I went from doing full-time support at a company 9 to 5 to doing my own side work on nights and weekends.
What types of customers have you worked with?
All types of customers from home visits, small businesses, and corporate accounts.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure they know what they're doing. Make sure they have the necessary experience and credentials. Don't let them give you a run for your money. The Customer is always right. Reputation is everything in this industry.
