He promised a lot and delivered nothing but excuses. He was to appear 3 times and no showed 3 times. He doesnt seem organized in any way.

He cheat me again today. He made another promise to come today to fix the problem per the repair warranty. As always, he did not show up as he promised. He is a cheater!

Don’t hire this guy. He repaired my lawn mower end up with doing uneven cutting. He put on a used battery and claim as new one. He claimed 14 day warranty but never show up for the appointment to fix the problem as his warranty claimed. Don’t trust him! He can trick you with a low quote but never do the right job.

They did a great job.

Sam and Tim are remarkable they have worked with me on my last 2 cars I purchased from car hop and from day 1 car hop really done anything but agrivation for the last 10 years and when I moved to Osceola both Tim and Sam have been remarkable, I have had nothing but issues from my last two cars purchased from car hop, and for the last year Sam and Tim have been super accommodating Sam Is real friendly and faces every day with a smile on her face, and Tim has been super working with me they just got me in to my 2014 Fiat. I have had nothing bust positive outcomes, Sam done her best and puts her customers first.
