What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone consultaion, go look at the job and meet the customer, give estimate and scheduale start date once hired.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My Husband and I have 17 years experiance cleaning both residential and commerical properties. We are highly trained and pay very close attention to detail. We are not surface cleaners. We have a cleaning system that's second to none and you won't be disappointed! We have tons of hands on experience along with training with some of the top leaders in our industry.

How did you get started in this business?
We diecided with our experiance and working for others it was time to open our own business. I handle the business side of things behind the scenes while my Husband (Edmar) is in the field doing the jobs along side our staff. He oversees the day to day operations in the field
What types of customers have you worked with?
Famous, elderly, pregnant, students, doctors, nurses, busy Moms and families.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We are building a new house. We have worked so hard and its a dream come true.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Do your research.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are they insured, how many employees, do they supply materials, how do they pay, do you work on a set day and time schedule, will there be new people in and out of my home and how do you do your pricing.
