I guarantee all of my work 100%. If any of my customers ever find something their not satisfied with, I will come back and make the necessary corrections to ensure they are happy. It doesn't matter if it's 1 week, 6 months, or a year after I've completed the job, I will do whatever it takes to ensure my customers are satisfied.
I like being able to help make peoples visions and plans for their homes come true. No matter how big or small the renovation is, all homeowners have put a lot of time, money, energy and effort into their project. I understand and respect this and enjoy helping make their dreams turn into reality.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I let my customers express what they are needing and wanting in their home care project. I than explain to them what its going to take and what I will need to do to make that happen for them. I go thru everything step by step so that there are no surprises for either them or myself. Thru out this process, the time I'm working with them and afterwards as well, I invite my customers to communicate with me anything they'd like to change, add, etc. Communication between myself and my customers is very important to me. My job is not complete unless they are 100% satisfied.
