I am just starting to open my own cleaning business am reliable hardworking person. I am the only one cleaning homes so sometimes services takes longer but I promise you won't be disappointed.. I have been professionally trained. I am currently a housekeeper at the Flamimgo hotel on furlough looking for work . And if all goes well keep my business going .. I am looking to clean homes that people JUST MOVED OUT and ready to move in..and also clean RESIDENTIAL,general &deep cleaning . Depending on the size of the home I'll quote you the price ..

Being friendly making the customer feel comfortable knowing I'll be in their home . Looking inside the home first then getting my items ready so I can properly prepare for each job..

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional training done at my current job in housekeeping. I have 1 year 10 months experience in housekeeping in the hotels . That's my only experience besides being a mom and cleaning my own home ..
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Depending on how big the job is or how small the job is prices vary.. I'm a 1 women team so I raise just a little more due to having to take more time . 4bed 4 bath floors ,baseboards ,wiping of kitchen vacuuming ,dusting takes about 4-1/2 hours -5 hours price for that job $280 and if not satisfied or I missed anything will come back within 48-72 hours to fix my errors for free ..
move out clean entire home deep clean minus carpets and oven and windows prices vary depending on size of apartment or homes..

Word of mouth and posted on Facebook was interested in starting my owncleaning service..I love to clean

The very first job I did was a complete stranger I was very nervous her house was 2 story's 3 bed 2 1/2 baths cleaning of a loft vacuuming stairs dusting and cleaning all floors in home wiped down stair rail as well. Took me almost 6 hours to complete the job price was $263... she ended up being very satisfied with my work and now is a reoccurring customer ..
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
The price may be alittle high just remember I'm the only person doing the job for now . And how dirty the place might be . First cleaning is usually the most expensive due to more detail given in the clean. After that prices go way down to reoccurring customers.. . Don't be caught off guard when quoted promise you will be a satisfied customer ..
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
How dirty is the home. Are they worth the money will I be satisfied for the price . Would I clean a total strangers home for the price being asked and all the work I'm asking to have done. It's a hard job they work their buts off to make me happy 😃 .
