Nanny’s & Granny’s, based in Las Vegas, NV, has served families locally and nationwide since 1987. Founded by educator Carol Hale and now led by President & CEO Sarah Cook, this family-owned agency provides nanny placement and training, on-call and hotel babysitting, newborn care specialists, tutors, special needs care, and governess and bilingual nanny options. It also supplies household and estate staff, including housekeepers, executive assistants, chefs/cooks, estate managers, butlers, laundresses, domestic couples, professional organizers, and property managers.

The agency operates Nevada’s only state-licensed nanny training program and emphasizes ongoing education in child development, health, safety, and communication. Caregivers are thoroughly screened with background and reference checks, are CPR and First Aid certified, and are encouraged to register with the Nevada Registry. Services extend to event and convention childcare, wedding staffing, elder companion care from live-in to part-time support, pet sitting, and support services such as courier and notary through The Shopping Machine. Staff come directly to clients at homes, apartments, hotels, and event venues.
