Well first I try to make the customer feel at ease I give them my references I do a quick interview in the home I tell him my hourly wage and then I set a schedule

I usually charge by the job. But basic cleaning is 25 an hour. Deep cleaning is 35 to 55 an hour
There is a service fee if cancelled without 48 hour notice. Fridge window cleaning laundry and oven cleaning extra
How did you get started in this business?
I love to clean so I started with cleaning web sites
I pay for these services to send me jobs and the reviews help me gain more clients

I have work with residential ,commercial ,Airbnb
Most of my clients are elderly or teachers or people that work at home or people that are retired or mostly people that are handicapped and can't clean and I also work for home guide and mostly maids and kuroka cleaning service

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Offer a great pay rate don't be to cheap and hire one that has all their own supplies and equipment
Do background check ask for references make sure they have liability insurance
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Customers should know what's included in a deep clean and a standard clean customer should do a walk-through from the beginning and at the end of the cleaning customer should let cleaner know if anything does not work or if anything is broken customer needs to be specific if any laundry is to be done. Customers need to know how many hours the cleaner will be working they should ask if they need to be home or not and customers need to be specific at what chemicals or what smells they do not like in their home
