What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give them a curtesy call to ask what needs that would like met. Based on the new customers needs, we will connect them with a cleaner at a price that the customer agrees on 😀. Yes, we are flexible with pricing to fit your needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business for over 10 years. All of our cleaners have earned their certificate and license in cleaning. Most of our cleaners also train other cleaners for the major hotels here in Las Vegas. 😀

Our pricing system is very flexible. As rates go up and down for services in our area, we make sure to keep our price below competitors , but our services above
How did you get started in this business?
I started by purchasing my own air bnb properties. I began hiring cleaners to help manage my properties. As my company grew so did my cleaner crew. Now we not only service our own homes, but we have grown so much so, that we can now service all of Las Vegas Nevada 😀
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with all types. We clean the police departments, mental health facilities, air bnb homes, hotels, and everything in between
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We recently recieved a super host badge on air bnb for two years straight. That means our cleaning and customer service has been A1. I must say, I was pretty fond of that, in fact I invited the crew over to my home and bar b q'd for everyone as a thank you for their great work
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
My advise would be, search for someone who works with agape cleaning llc haha
