Frequently asked questions

Kyle McHattie has decades of informal training as well as A+ Certification training, Microsoft Network+ training and MCSA training.

We serve customers and small businesses in every sector.

Make sure you hire a technician with a lot of experience. Billing can get expensive if your tech takes a lot of time to troubleshoot and solve the problem.

What exactly is the problem? Is your internet down? Will your computer not startup at all, or are you just unable to login to windows? Being specific can save a lot of time.
