How did you get started in this business?
We saw a tremendous need for honest reliable cleaners and restoration services in our area. On a personal level our lives were over demanding at times which caused us to need a maid service, home maintenance and repairs. Unfortunately finding reliable consistent service providers within our budget was difficult to do. Hense Celestials Cleaning and More was born.
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with a diverse ethnicity of customers both in residential and commercial. We've provided services for green friendly only customers, high end customers, and customers on a limited budget. We've worked with home owners, contractors, realators, even customers out of town. If we can't clean or restore it we can always remove and replace it.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Full home painting and move in ready cleaning for Stephen Sugg was a nice job we had to finish in 5 days. His new tenants were moving in and he needed to have the place ready to go. Since then we've replaced a fridge, repaired his fascia and eves, took care of of water entering the stucco, and re-caulked the bath tub. He ranked us 5 stars on the first job and is now a faithful repeat customer.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Review their website, read the reviews left by prior customers and make sure you have a list of items you would like to discuss during your phone or physical estimate. If you're using a provider search company make sure to view all prior customer reviews as well. It never hurts to ask for additional references from a provider.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Can you provide all the services I need, are your prices within my budget point, are you licensed or registered, are you bonded and insured. Do you have a flexible schedule, how can I pay, how long will it take.
