Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I engage in conversation. Find out their needs and what they like and expect. I really like to perceive what they see as a good outcome. I then go over all details and explain what and how I work so they know whats taking place. Then go over all business aspects and work with their budget. I don't know anyone else who allows customers to name a price. Then I deliver.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was brought up with my mother owning a home cleaning business. I myself have over 20 years of experience. I know what cleaners to use on different surfaces. I know little tricks us cleaners use to get hard jobs done. I know how to mix and dilute cleaners and different types of cleaning methods.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
I allow my customers to tell me what their budget is and give them a cleaning service that is within their budget trying to include all that they have requested of the cleaning.
How did you get started in this business?
My mother owned her own cleaning business for over 40 years so I grew up learning from her.
What types of customers have you worked with?
A variety of customers. I know how to handle different characters and needs.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
We get some customers who suffer from hoarding and when they allow me to go in and organize and clean they usually cry tears of joy when they see their home in a way they haven't seen it in years. CLEAN.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Be sure the person knows what they are doing and what to use to clean different surfaces and how. Usually look at or in their vehicle if its clean they are usually clean.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Ask how the pro would clean different surfaces what type of cleaner what type of utensil will be used to clean the surface. Ask if they can give different methods for certain cleanings. Ask if their work is guaranteed. Ask about time in business.
