Then, we work on assisting the client in finding the best vendor for the materials and hardware according to the clients projected budget.

At the moment we are doing flat rates-gas reumbursement & labor- for the first 10 clients we will wave the initial service fees for getting your products, materials and hardware.

Services Fees and Applicable taxes do apply in accordance with agreement to negotiations.

We have different payment options and we are working on accepting various forms of crypto/coin payments also.

Exclusive Mechanical Contractors was founded in October of 2020 after working tirelessly with unsafe and unfair working conditions for unappreicative people; we came together to help those around us and to make fair money for ourselves while helping others with their own homes and projects doing what we love to do.

To work so hard, get injured, manipulated and taken advantage of financial hurts & we believe in valuing our clients & ourselves.

So for that we try to find the most affordable rate within your budget and ours. 

We have worked with many different clients from Law Enforcement Officials & Political Leaders to Company Owners and Residential Home Owners.

Prior to starting the company we have worked in all 5 boroughs of New York City, as well as, most of the counties within northern, western and central New Jersey.

My first word of advice would be to learn about the company that they are interested in working with, talk to the representitives, look at work they have done past, company reviews etc...

Since October, Exclusive Mechanical Contractors had  built the image for this company with very little help or guidance as to whats next, but we keep meeting, making and buidling new relationships with new Clients daily.

Our goal is to build and establish long-term relationships with our clients in the hopes of one day making this a household-named company.

We believe it starts with Home Guide.

We have our own vendors as well for various materials, hardware and specialty products, unless otherwise notified that the client would prefer to order specified products themselves.
