2 bed 2 bath full gut renovation $350K+ including labor and supplies. Overall, I am happy with the home I received. A lot can go wrong in construction (things can break, design doesnt work due to feasibility, wrong materials delivered) but 3BROSCONTRACTING did everything they could to make sure it turned out right. Their prices are fair, they have a ton of infrastructure support (2 showrooms, trucks driving around NYC ready to drop off supplies, design services, point of contacts with major retailers, etc.), and they are willing to listen to any concerns along the way. I recommend 3BROSCONTRACTING to anyone looking to renovate their apartment or home.

I had a great experience with 3BROScontracting remodeling my kitchen! They was quick and profesional, finishin the job on time. I love the new countertops and the cabinets look amazing. The crew was friendly and clean up after themselfs. Would definately hire them again
