Why do other services charge a base rate starting at $85-$90 an hour? Simple. Because cleaning service companies hire random people to clean for them as employees, and in order for them to turn a handy profit, your charges include the hourly payroll cost of those hired employees as well as what the company owner wants to make per job, per hour, even though they aren't actually doing the work. My rate is $25 per hour. My service is excellent. I have tons of references. Most are 2 years old. My clients are like family ❤️
