What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'm doing personal free estimate, that way I know exactly what the customer would like for the cleaning, then I set up a date and time and of course price for cleaning every 2 weeks and weekly.
I'll give them my brochure and information plus a business card where they can text me anytime.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Training is based on the fact that we were employed in a cleaning company, Where we learned how important hygiene is in a home, where MANY of our clients are satisfied with our work
