Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always introduce ourselves with a brief glance about what we do, we mention a few of our customers that are near to the area that we are visiting and the last two steps are to show the binder documents which content prove of insurances and permits etc; If the customer looks agreeable of what he or she have heard, then we would ask How we can help you and how sooner do you need this project to be done?
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a B.S in Networking and a B.S in Theology but, the people that work for me they have work for Home Depot for more than ten years doing a lot of different job categories from cleaning to general construction.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Everything goes most of all, by the State prices. But most of all jobs are to Bid in it!
Base on that we calculate the fixed cost plus the variable cost of materials then we add the labor and local taxes. Hopefully, our prices impress the customer for what he is expecting from us!
How did you get started teaching?
Every customer has questions. They want to have a better understanding of how the things would be done. I have educated my clients all the time until they got to the point of just trust in your work and respect your ethics.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Commercial and Residential
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Please don't always go for the cheap price bid offer!
I always suggest to my customers or new customers that find the best quality, the best guarantee and the best price. Which many time would end up somewhere in between the middle man bidder.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Are you going to finish on time?
Do I need to add any more money?
Do you guarantee the work for how long?
Who Can I contact you if anything is no working right?
