What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to access things digitally via texts and phone call as much as possible. In this digital and social distancing age it is important to use all this wonderful technology to help us both,business and customer, get a better grasp of situations. Pictures of your broken sprinkler head make finding the right model before i get there a 100% success. Showing me a picture of your controller box for your system let's me know if it is 110v or 24v powered. This applies to all situations more often then not
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am liscenced professional in irrigation systems via the NJ state mandating I have worked for a sprinkler company for 3 years prior to applying to take a test to receive my nj irrigation lisc.
