What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'd like to arrange an appointment to meet with customer, listen to their interest and discuss ideas for their project. If customer decides to hire us then we'll discuss our availability for scheduling.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified retaining wall builder.
How did you get started in this business?
I worked for a company for 6 years, started at age 14. When I became 20, I started my own business with the advice of my ex-boss who is still my friend today.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
I would advise a customer to do their research to make sure the contractor is legit before hiring any professional.
