Before the Christmas Holidays, 2016, my Contractor removed an old deck from my cottage in Mendham Township, NJ. After we replaced rotted wood, and after a mason shored up the foundation - I decided to never build another deck!! My dream was to build an elegant, yet cottagee stone patio - that, in the end - would appear like it was original to my fixer cottage. I am not an easy client!!! To be clear, I wanted to be involved in every nuance of building a stone side porch and a rather large stone patio. My Contractor, along with Joe Zanni, visited my home. I knew with certainty, that Joe would work his magic on very difficult terrain, including removing huge stumps, major excavation, etc. The patio and side porch present as a SHOW STOPPER!!! Joes work is exemplary - he is both a gentleman and consummate professional!! Most homeowners hold their breath during construction - I could not wait for Joe, Keith and Dominick to come!! In fact, now that I am practically living on the patio/porch - I miss the guys! Joe never allowed me to worry about anything - not for a second!! If I wanted to change up anything - his reply was - whatever makes you happy. He explained each and every next step - much like a surgeon. The end product is much more a work of art and not just an elegant stone masterpiece. I loved working with Joe and the Aries Team - If you want you project to not MEET A LEVEL OF EXCELLENCE, BUT TO EXCEED IT - hire Joe and let him work his magic for you too! I might add that he is very reasonable, and fully adhered to his original estimate. Love Joe and the Aries Team!
