What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When new clients contact us, we usually ask to see the house before the first cleaning. Since that allows us to know the property and will save us time when cleaning. In addition, it allows us to give a better price when we are quoting. Since there are large houses, but they are not very dirty so the cost would be lower.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My business partner and I trained for years working in different companies, learning to the fullest how to treat customers and employees.
