Treating them with respect hearing there concerns and make sure they feel comfortable and knowing we are going to take care of any concerns or requests
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working on the cleaning field for about 11 years now i started as a custodian at Rutgers university were I learn how to clean offices classrooms dorms and also learn how to strip wax floors as well as shampoo carpet i also was promoted to group leader were I ran a whole team in special cleaning projects I then got a good offer at other job for a supervisor position we're i took on more responsibility and more commercial work after a few years doing that I now own my own company and here I am now showing the world my skills and putting smiles on peoples faces
