What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We set up a date for an estimate if needed, or firstday of work to start. Once that is established, we go over all details for a written contract to be signed. After this is signed we start work on the specific date.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
For the past 9years I have hands on experience with many areas of construction (framing, flooring, drywall, painting... many more). Working with different home owners, investors, contractors along the way.
How did you get started in this business?
Started framing classes(2 years) for the nccer, and built my career and understanding off of that education. My first job was on a renovation crew for fix and flip properties. There is where I developed the necessary skills to move forward in this field.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with homeowners living/selling/renting. Investors who are just in it for the flip including real estate agents. Contractors have also been customers of mine at time throughout my journey.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Research your project before contacting a pro, so you will know if he understands what he/she is speaking of.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
The process it may take for a specific project, and the conditions the pro must work through.
