Please let me introduce you to my company... I’m Jim Caeran and I started Kezo Maintenance Management in 2017 when I relocated from Boston to New York City. I decided to start our small handyman/construction company catering to clients in the Manhattan and Brooklyn areas of NYC. Since I started working in NYC I have been busy ever since. I am neat, tidy, friendly and work efficiently at a fast pace. I am also reliable, punctual and honest at all aspects of the job. KMM is a two family business owned by my wife and myself. Both of us are responsible for the everyday needs of our customers and work diligently to keep happy ongoing customers. I am responsible for of all the handyman/construction aspects of the business while my wife Beth, a professional ballet teacher handles all the scheduling and billing. Before moving to NYC I worked as a subcontractor for construction and maintenance companies as well as owning my own business for the past 20 yrs in the New England area. KMM is a fully insured company and I am completely background checked. I have done different aspects of construction over the years including tile work, kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, exterior/interior doors & windows. I repair drywall & flooring as well as finish work. I build custom shelving and assemble furniture such as Ikea, Container Store, RH, CB2 (etc.). I have experience hanging artwork, mirrors, ac units & tv's on brick, cement & plaster. I own all tools necessary to do the work. We pride ourselves on being honest to all our customers and take satisfaction knowing that our motto will always stand for who we are "Where All Your Needs Come First".
I chose to work in this industry because I enjoy taking on a project from start to finish while working diligently to keep happy ongoing customers.
