What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It starts from the introduction phone call and presenting yourself in a professional and courteous manner. Then you have to identify the actual service that's needed and quickly figure out whether it's a service that can be quoted immediately over the phone, or if there needs to be an actual walk through to be able to quote accurately. Once a quite is given, you should quickly be given a start and completion date to insure a timely process. Like every job we take on, we diligently start and finish all jobs without any inturuptions in an effort to provide the best quality service as possible.

Certified Jr. Apprentice - Building Construction Maintanance.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Establish whether you like the person your hiring. That tends to set the pace for the rest of the relationship. Make sure your comfortable with who you hire.
