What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Zabs offers discounts for customers who refer clients. We also offer recurring customers a discount on the 4th cleaning service. I prefer a mature customer base because they are already established and will be impressed by the new technology and most likely publicize my business. Word of mouth is also good when it comes to an up and coming business marketing. 


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have over 20 years experience in cleaning homes and almost 10 years in cleaning carpets. 


How did you get started in this business?

I am a divorced mother of 2 in my 30’s. I came up with the idea to start Zabs because of my life as of right now. I was working a job that made me crazy and I wanted more. I was cleaning one day and I saw how great of a job I did and said, “I can be my own boss.” Make as much money as I want to make while still being an amazing mother! 


What types of customers have you worked with?

Zabs has worked with family and friends in their residences for a professional clean like no other.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?

I would advise a customer to have a price range and stick to it. Ask questions about discounts, coupons and specials. Do your research on the business and don’t settle. Shop around. And if you are not satisfied speak on the issues.
