Give us a call and we will try and resolve your IT problem on the spot! If it's not possible we will make further arrangements. Peggnet offers phone, remote and on-site support!

How did you get started in this business?
PeggNet was started in 1995 by Chris McManus who started out as a NJ educator and morphed into a technologist.
What types of customers have you worked with?
PeggNet has a retail shop for residential for small businesses service
We also service businesses, municipalities, and the educational communities. Schools are our specialty.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Nothing beats recovering someone's entire photo/video library after a catastrophic data loss. The service is reasonably priced but the customer's reactions are priceless!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Make sure the company you hire are a legitimate state registered business with well trained and vetted employees. Make sure they are legitimate and fully insured.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have a clear of what you are looking for but be flexible how you get there. We can often find very cost effective ways to get to where you want to be without breaking the bank.
