Do your homework and make sure the crew you are bringing into your home it's going to be respectful and clean. They are licensed and insured. Don't be afraid to ask questions.
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
If they do the work themselves or if they sub out their work this is a very important question to ask is the boss going to be on the job.
