What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a dedicated process that starts in our office, through our estimator and our field personnel. All jobs are supervised and customer service is our highest priority
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Craig Brennan has a bachelor degree from Glassboro (Rowan) State College, long time member and Past-President of South Jersey PDCA. We are trained in handling lead surfaces, proper safety techniques. Training is continuous in our company
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
We do not, every job is different. Levels of preparation need to be qualified so everyone understands the scope of each project.
We use standard production rate estimating, which is based on how much of a particular task can be done per hour to determine the cost plus materials

What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked for many types of customers over the years. Most of our work is re-paint, meaning something existing although we do some construction type at times.

Getting an email from a satisfied customer detailing how pleasnt her experience was with us
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Qualify labor. The painting industry is full of part timers, fly by nights and contractors who don;t deliver what is promised.
Peple who shop forr the lowest cost are many times very sorry with the end result
What questions should customers think through before talking to pros about their needs?
Have everything in writing, do not assume anything. Get a few estimates to meet contractors and hear what they have to say
