What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I'll come out I'll give you your free quote then we'll set up a date on when you want your yard cut and then we'll go from there agree on price.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As far as Education and Training I've been cutting grass since sense I was 14 years old all the knowledge that I have is experience from actually cutting the grass and all the stuff I study personally about types of soil types of grass types of plants edging trimming hedging paying attention to what type of stuff everybody actually wants and what's trending what's new that type of stuff so I have a lot of knowledge no education no training just hands-on experience
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Typically what I do is I do after every third cut I take $10 off of your payment so safe instant your payment is $30 it would be $30 for the first cut $30 for the second cut and $20 for the third cut and then we repeat that process again $30 $30 $20 and it really depends on your price I never change that and I do that for all of my clients
How did you get started in this business?
The way I got started was my father he showed me the ropes show me how to start cutting grass and how to do what I'm actually able to do now so that's actually how I got started
What types of customers have you worked with?
I had a contract with Century 21 also had a small low contract with Verizon Wireless and also all the other yards that I have now or personal clients that I have had since 2014 and they're very pleased and satisfied with the work that I do a lot of new clients this year in 2018
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Landscaping very very intrigued by that I love to see the process love to see the work after it's finished edging changes the atmosphere of your yard landscaping change the atmosphere yard mulching change the atmosphere yard so anything that I can do to make the yard look amazing I will
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Any client that I've ever work with any information that I have I always share it because sometimes there is knowledge that you the client may not know that I do know or there may be knowledge that the client knows that I do not know so it's always best that the client can have an open mind to be able to share the knowledge that they have and also be able to share I'm able to share the knowledge that I have

First question how big is yard
Second question how high is your grass
Third question how often do you want your yard cut
Fourth question what type of work do you actually want done to your yard
Fifth question am I buying the material are you buying the material
Last question when are you expecting to get the work done
