We are Family Owned, Women Owned & Operated Small Buisness Hardware Store. We also live in the Neighborhood we serve.Here at North Shore True Value Harwdare we offer great customer service and expert advice from the people who really know the products they sell. We offer you convienience, we take the time to help out each and every customer that enters the door. Our employees often possess a level of expertise and passion fro the products we sell that is unmatched by employees of national chains. North Shore True Value tend to have a greater interest in getting to know our customers who are, after all, also our neighbors. Simply put, local owners and employees take a special pride in their trade. Remember that many of your local independent merchants donate or sponsor events for organizations that are important to you. We show that a large percentage of dollars stays in the community when you buy local versus when you purchase an item online or in a big box store. We have been in business for 5 years as True Value, but the hardware store has been here for over 80 years. The owner has been in this type of industry for over 20 years, she has worked for Andersen & Pella Windows, an HVAC Wholesaler, & Construction Corporation Multi-Serv. Not many Women Owned Hardware Stores out there but you can find the owner there doing what she loves and get hands on helping custoers with there home improvement projects.
