Hello, My Names Rebecca. Home Guide is a New experince for us. A little information about myself is I have been Cleaning and  providing Property Services & Maintenance for over 10 years now and I enjoy the Customer's and New people I meet along the way. I love helping people and I feel that What we Specailize in helps take unwanted stress off my customers & helps them relax knowing they have a Dependable Company on stand by. We  back them up 100% of the time and are always ready when they are. We also work with our clients Budgets. Not only do you need us but we need you! We understand that everyone has a Unique situation!                                                                                              Alot of other Company's Charge atleast $45 -$60 a hour for there Services. Well That's not were we stand. $25-$30 per hour / per a person.

  We work with our customers to help &  create a Project from start to finish on a budget you can afford . Our whole Company is based off Team effort, hard work , and Compassion. We are always donating our time cleaning or building for our community.  We have the energy,  patients, and skill to help you today. We are an all in one Company. All projects are different for all the different things customers ask for. The C.E.O drives out and gives that quote. If it’s a basic clean than they will be just quoted for the homecleaning, Nothing More / Nothing less. We are not there to upsale you, We only give quotes for what you need done.The customer comes to an agreement and the shows on the road. We provide all materials. 

NI first started when I was 8 years old cleaning only on Saturdays with my Dad. Back than I would work a whole day for just $ 25 and that was alot to an 8 year old. Eventually I started cleaning more days and more hours and the older I got the more I got paid. I grew up in the cleaning business and learn to experience different jobs and started with my first client at the age of 12 and I still have that same customer to this day! I worked from the ground up for this company and I’m proud to say today we have made an empire of customers that are happy and that satisfaction is what keeps Me thriving!!!  

Wow this is a question that can keep me talking for hours. Basically we work year around with clients that live in Maine or New Hampshire. Mostly for  Vacation home owners, Residents that stay year around, Cottages, businesses, Travelers, Offices, corporations, hotels, Motels, Subcontractors etc.

For mother’s day I receive flowers and cards from a lot of my regular customers. In one particular card that I read really hit home because they were one of my many first clients and in that card explained how they have over the years watched me get older and

wiser , how it started out with one work car to many. How they are very proud of me and the customer service they have received over the many years they have  had us in there home, and how we actually showed up and How we Communicated with them and while in there home made them feel comfortable. Well that card is in a frame on my wall surrounded by other similar customers reviews and just jotted down lines of encouragement and thankfulness. 

Make sure they provide the cleaning products. Ask what’s included and what’s not. Ask them in the event you are not satisfied do they come back and make it right? A lot of cleaning business ask for $40 AND ABOVE per a SINGLE PERSON! That’s unexceptable because now your only paying for A name Brand type company or paying over head charges  .You want to hire a team that knows you called because you need help and not because you want to go broke!!! Any business that 100% guarantees there work is a company you are going to want to take into consideration!! Ask them how long they have been in business for, because this site says there a pro don't always mean that all produce good quality work! You might just be hiring Joe Shmoe off the side of the street label a pro on here! Anyone can sign up as a pro and provide nothing to verify your even a pro or company!

Make sure they know up front you have a budget and under any circumstances they can not go over it. So give them a cap to stop at and what you want done in that time frame. Do not  ever give them a blank check unless you trust them! Read reviews, ask for references , although noones going to give you a bad reference eithier, like stated above, anyone can sign up as a Pro! Ask for a letter from there insurance company saying the date they started getting insurance, and that will prove how long they been in business for. Ask to drive out with them to prior job sites to see there work but must be THERE work not anyone else work. A Pro should have no problem showing you pro work!!
