What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step will be to meet at our customers home and do a walk through of they are wanting. After we have an idea of what needs replaced we will then take some measurements and shop our local store to see what product our customer would like if they haven't already picked something out. After choosing the product we will come up with a bid. Once chosen for the job, materials will be ordered & we will be given a date for arrival of material. After that we can then chose a date that best suits the customer for install. Half of bid is required up front.
