We try to make them feel as comfortable as possible, while feeling satisfied with the quality of work being done.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my associate degree in automotive technology, and I had some military training where I learned great attention to detail skills, and time management skills.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your services? If so, please share the details here.
Somewhat, we do not charge hourly or by square footage, we charge a flare rate fee by rooms, to ensure quality over quantity. We are concentrating on have our customers be recurring customers while building relationships with them, so hey feel comfortable and trust that we will do he things they ask of us.
How did you get started in this business?
I have been in commercial and residential maintenance services for over 10 years now, and I am always cleaning up at the end of a job and enjoying the cleanup process to see my finish result and so here I am helping people and making the process a little easier each step of the way.

What types of customers have you worked with?
Several different types of people, which has been refreshing, it keeps my job interesting. We have helped people in all types of situations giving us the experience we need to better assist our customers.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I am particularly fond of the shampoo and interior cleaning of a Dodge Charger I completed a couple weeks ago. The seats had spots from normal wear and tear with dirt and moisture, after they were shampooed the spots were gone and the original color of the seats were back looking good as new.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a pro in your area of expertise?
Cheaper is not always better, it may be more affordable, however don’t be afraid to shop around, list of the time you will get what you pay for. Personality goes a long way, Don’t be afraid to ask questions or speak about any concerns you might have, as these are services you are requesting and paying for, and as a valued customer you deserve the best service possible.

What is your availability? What other services do you offer? Do you have discounts? How many people will be using your services.
